JPR was hired by Constantine Township to assist in updating their Comprehensive Land Use Plan. The firm worked closely with the Township to identify strengths and weaknesses and assisted with the identification of their primary goals and objectives.
JPR’s planning team provided a Socioeconomic Analysis and facilitated public input and committee work sessions. The information was provided in a concise format that provided the Township with a clear guide for the planning horizon.
The final document also provided an easy-to-follow implementation plan and funding framework for each goal and objective identified by the community.
