Eastland Industrial/Business Park Development

This 1,000-acre business park has been developed over the course of 30 years. JPR has been intimately involved in the master planning and implementation of all needed municipal improvements including streets, sewer, and water utilities, as well as stormwater management systems. Anticipating the stormwater needs of the business center was a multi-year task that continues today.

Both closed and open systems, including a carefully planned network of storm sewers, over lot drainage ways, and retention areas, have led to a successful and sustainable system that has grown and kept pace with the development of millions of square feet of industrial buildings.

Protection of the Pine Creek watershed and management of storm events has been the focus of the design effort.
