Jones Petrie Rafinski (JPR) was asked to provide conceptual building and site plans as well as a cost estimate for the Town of Macy. The Town needed to submit the design to the State of Indiana to find sources of financial funding. The project includes the following programming:
The design intent was to create an efficient and cost effective floor plan while still achieving a high level of aesthetic appeal. The design revolved around the idea of a strong prominent entry spine where each “primary” space could then branch from. The exterior materials were selected to achieve an interesting yet subtle facade that would compliment the existing architectural language already intact along the Town of Macy’s main street.
