JPR reimagined Papa Vino’s Italian Kitchen through a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation. The 17-year-old building was almost entirely rebuilt—retaining just one wall—to create a fresh identity and upgraded dining experience.
Key design moves included relocating the bar, removing the kitchen from direct diner view, and introducing a Tuscan-inspired atmosphere with upgraded finishes and additions on three sides of the building. A café setting and a three-season dining porch extended the experience outdoors, while multiple private dining rooms expanded the restaurant’s versatility for group events.
The renovation increased seating capacity to approximately 300 diners and was delivered on an aggressive timeline, moving from schematic design through full construction documents in just five months.
