Elkhart Lifestyle Center

JPR developed conceptual plans to convert a traditional enclosed mall into a modern lifestyle center. The design utilized the existing infrastructure to create a new consumer experience by moving the internal retail and food service components to an exterior, pedestrian-oriented development.

JPR provided design and rendering services which included plaza designs, commercial storefront locations, and a proposed food court. The team also assisted with project planning which encompassed budgeting, funding procurement, incentive proposals, and project scheduling.
