This retail center is part of a mixed-use integrated development that provides multiple housing styles and price points. It also includes a state-of-the-art Martin’s Super Markets grocery store with a fuel center and car wash, along with restaurants, offices, and service retailers. JPR developed a project concept allowing for a completely walkable community that includes a high level of interplay between businesses and residents. Landscaped walkways, carefully planned lighting design, traffic medians, and attractive signage complete the development.
