Elkhart Health Fitness and Aquatics Center

As part of the Elkhart Market District, JPR was engaged by multiple key stakeholders including the City of Elkhart, Beacon Health Care, and Elkhart Community Schools to develop a Master Plan. The proposed development includes a 155,000-square-foot health center that houses multiple gymnasiums, medical and physical therapy facilities, childcare, exercise rooms, community center space, and a state-of-the-art aquatics center, along with an outdoor walking path, performance stage, and exterior plazas. It also features beautiful view of the Elkhart River.

In addition, the Master Plan includes an ice sports facility and surrounding mixed-use development.
