JPR SPONSORING TWO LITTLE LIBRARIES
LOCATION: Fort Wayne, Indiana

JPR is pleased to have the opportunity to sponsor such a worthwhile and effective program as the Little Library program in the Citizens Square Building in Fort Wayne. Based off the concept of “Take a book, return a book,” this program enhances the quality of life for all children by providing a way to share books freely throughout the community to promote literacy. JPR anticipates providing at least 3,000 books a year to two Little Libraries in the Citizens Square Building. These libraries allow children accompanying those paying utility bills or asking questions at the City of Fort Wayne’s Utility Department to have great books to read while they wait or to take along to read later. It is a tremendous thrill for JPR to provide books to the children and encourage them to learn to read for a stronger and brighter future! Click for more information about the two Little Libraries.

GOSHEN'S SOUTH LINK ROAD OPENS AFTER FINISHING NINE MONTHS EARLY
LOCATION: Goshen, Indiana

JPR was the designer on this project, which provides a critical transportation link on the south side of the City and the Goshen peripheral roadway network. JPR provided early studies and recommendations, then later provided design, coordination and right of way acquisition for this long sought improvement that began in 2015. The project was funded using local and federal funds and included significant improvements to state highway 15, relocation of some residents, and a new railroad grade separation in the City (only the second for the City). The much anticipated project is a milestone accomplishment for the City and Elkhart County and a proud point in history for JPR. Click for more information (Image by Sam Householder).
