TEMPLE TERRACE BURGER KING

      LOCATION: Temple Terrace, Florida
      BUDGET: $1.2 Million
      CLIENT CONTACT: Quality Dining, Inc.
      PROJECT MANAGER: David Rafinski

JPR designed a custom Burger King restaurant in Temple Terrace, FL. The location of the new facility required design changes to the corporate prototype applied to building heights, glazings, colors, canopies and interior ceiling heights to achieve a Mediterranean Revival design aesthetic in order to comply with local community redevelopment architectural guidelines.

The interiors were also approached in a more upscale manner. Dining areas had ceilings from twelve to fourteen feet high, some with curved wood grained panels. Flooring included designer wood grain ceramic tiles. The required departures from the more typical prototypes makes visiting this Burger King a truly unique experience.
