JPR was charged with renovating the existing seventeen year old resturant facility, both inside and out. The dining experience was to be enhanced by removing the kitchen from the diner's view and upgrading interior spaces and finishes.

The project eventually led to completely gutting the interior, relocating the kitchen and bar areas, and incorporating several "private" group dining options. Additions on three sides of the facility helped achieve the "tuscan" atmosphere requested as well as expanding seating capacity to approximately 300 diners. Incorporated adjacent to the "to go" area was an internal "cafe" setting and a three season patio/dinning porch directly off of the bar.
