The Willows Shopping Center Phase II

As part of a multiphase retail development along US 33 in Goshen, IN, JPR provided all services needed to complete this project. The project included two multi-tenant retail centers, a new banking center, and a new Walgreens Pharmacy. Improvements included completion of the multi-site Stormwater Master Plan, thematic landscaping and lighting improvements, new vehicular streets, pedestrian sidewalks, and traffic control – along with municipal utilities.

The carefully designed layout of development pads allowed the City and developer to maximize the investment while providing an attractive finished product.
