ERIE SEAWOLVES AWARD DESIGN CONTRACT TO JPR
LOCATION: Erie, Pennsylvania

The Erie Seawolves have awarded JPR with a contract to develop designs for possible improvements to UPMC Park in Erie, Pennsylvania. Potential improvements to amenities like the team store, concessions area, children's area and other amenities will help provide a high-quality fan experience.”

ELKHART'S RIVER DISTRICT REVITALIZATION PLAN CONTINUES MOVING FORWARD
LOCATION: Elkhart, Indiana

JPR is one of three consultants to the River District Revitalization Plan implementation team and will provide guidance on overall design aspects, implementation strategies, predesign studies, budgets and development guidelines. FOUR WINDS FIELD VOTED BEST CLASS-A BALLPARK
LOCATION: South Bend, Indiana

Over the past several years, Andrew Berlin and the South Bend Cubs management have been focusing on improving the fan experience…and this focus has been rewarded with a Best of the Ballparks 2017 award. A huge congratulation is in order to the management and fans of the South Bend Cubs and the City of South Bend as they were voted to have the best Class-A ballpark in the country by the baseball industry, media, and fans!!!

GROUNDBREAKING FOR ST. MARYS NATURE PRESERVE
LOCATION: Decatur, Indiana

The City of Decatur recently held a groundbreaking for the St. Marys Nature Preserve. Improvements within this 46-acre nature preserve in the heart of Decatur will include an overlook area for fishing, educational areas, parking and bus drop-off area, and approximately half a mile of trail to expand upon the existing Rivergreenway Trail system. COVERED BRIDGE FARM UNDER CONSTRUCTION
LOCATION: St. Joseph County, Michigan

Covered Bridge Farm is under construction! This project includes the renovation of a 150 year-old wood barn, construction of an outdoor deck, construction of a boardwalk with fishing platforms along the river, an accessible remodeled mezzanine for guests, new restroom facility, a new water well and water distribution system and a new septic system. Wood reclaimed from two small barns on the property will be utilized in re-purposing the existing main barn into an event center for the St. Joseph County Parks.
